Farley Inc. Messenger – Messaging Privacy Policy

Farley Inc. (“Farley,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Farley Inc. Messenger, an RCS and text messaging service used to communicate with Farley Inc. employees.
The Farley Inc. Messenger may send employees work-related communications including work updates, scheduling and assignment information, operational alerts, weather-related notices, reminders, employment-related notifications, requests for information, and requests for confirmation or response.
Information We Collect
In connection with the Farley Inc. Messenger messaging program, we may collect and process information including:
- Employee name and identifying information
- Mobile telephone number
- Messaging enrollment and consent information
- Messages sent to and received from employees
- Employee responses and confirmations
- Message delivery, failure, and status information
- Opt-in and opt-out records
- Other information necessary to operate and support the messaging service
How We Use Information
We use this information to:
- Send work-related communications to employees
- Deliver alerts, reminders, requests, and scheduling information
- Receive employee responses and confirmations
- Maintain communication records
- Troubleshoot and administer the messaging service

Messaging Consent and Mobile Information
Messaging consent and opt-in information may be provided only to messaging service providers, telecommunications carriers, messaging aggregators, and platform providers as necessary to operate and deliver the Farley Inc. Messenger messaging service.
Farley Inc. does not buy, sell, rent, or transfer an individual's consent to receive messages.
Service Providers
Farley Inc. may use third-party service providers, including messaging platforms, telecommunications carriers, and technology providers, to operate the Farley Inc. Messenger. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to Farley Inc. or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
Data Retention and Security
Farley Inc. retains messaging information for as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, employment-related recordkeeping, security, legal compliance, and other legitimate business purposes.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
Your Messaging Choices
Employees may withdraw consent to receive RCS or text messages through the Farley Inc. Messenger by replying STOP.
After opting out, Farley Inc. may provide necessary employment-related communications through another appropriate communication method.
