Farley Inc. Messenger – Messaging Terms of Service

These Messaging Terms of Service govern participation in the Farley Inc. Messenger RCS and text messaging program operated by Farley Inc.
Program Description
The Farley Inc. Messenger is used to send employees work-related communications.
Messages may include:
- Work and scheduling updates
- Assignment information
- Operational notices
- Weather and snow-related alerts
- Reminders
- Employment-related notifications
- Requests for information
- Requests for confirmation or response
Some messages may allow or request a response from the employee.
Consent
By enrolling in the Farley Inc. Messenger messaging program, you authorize Farley Inc. to send RCS and/or text messages to the mobile number you provided.
Participation in the RCS/text messaging channel may be discontinued at any time. If an employee opts out of messaging, Farley Inc. may use another appropriate method to deliver required work-related communications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on work schedules, operational needs, alerts, reminders, and other employment-related communications.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your wireless carrier's normal messaging and data rates may apply to messages sent or received through this program.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to stop receiving messages from the Farley Inc. Messenger.
After processing an opt-out request, you will no longer receive recurring messages through the program unless you subsequently provide consent to enroll again.

Mobile Number Changes
If your mobile telephone number changes, please notify Farley Inc. so that employee contact records can be updated.
Delivery
Message delivery is subject to transmission by telecommunications networks and messaging providers and cannot be guaranteed.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
